What do you mean it's over?!

Man oh man am I in trouble! It's been over a week after Comic Con 2010 and I am just now updating my blog... what a scumbag! Seriously, I had a blast! It was a bonified success! If you haven't already done so, please check out http://panelsonpages.com/ for the footage of con! It'll transform you!

I'm going back to Cali, Cali, Cali... hmm, I don't think so

Actually I beg to differ myself on that one; I know so! Ladies and geeks we are down to the home stretch! Yeah I know I haven't really updated my status regarding "Comic Con" up til now but so what, all you really need to know is that my ticket is secured and my excitement is at an all time high! As it stands; I will be leaving out no later than 7am Thurs, set to arrive no later than 1pm the same day. Yes I know I will miss some of the preliminary jump offs but alas that's the way the comic page turns. Now don't mistake me as your average comic geek or con spectator' I'm going with blessings and power. Not only will I be with fellow comic geek Jocelyn Saddler(my benevolent doppelganger), my good friend Leighton Dacosta is still riding the "proverbial shotgun" all the way! But wait, I'm not done. I did say I'm also going with blessings. I have the support and backing of one "the" most prolific and ambitious websites ever, drum roll please... Panels on Pages.com aka POP! My good friends Jason Knize and Jose Guzman are entrusting me to be an extension of their eyes and ears, to go where they can't and to make history! I plan to be my best, after all lives are at stake here. Keep tuning in because..."We've only just begun".

Tired of waiting...

Who's tired of waiting and wants comic con to launch off right now?! Me that's who! Who's more excited about comic con than the 4th of July?! Me that's who! I mean at least for comic con I won't be working! Aw, story of my life...

The calm before...

So I'm getting ready to submit my time off from work for the 2010 San Diego Comic Con (which I will refer to as "Comic Con" from now on) and I really have no idea what to expect when I get there. I mean sure I've been at comic cons before but this is "The Comic Con!" The grandmaster Orlando Con looks up to; King Kong aint got... you get the point. Now I will be at the con July 23rd-25th; that's Fri, Sat and Sun. Unfortunately I can't be present for the entire duration of the Comic Con but I'm only really missing out on one day and the preview night. On the really plus side; I'm not going alone. My best friend Leighton is my wing man and fellow comic geek friend Jocelyn is attending also along with her boyfriend. She is the only one of us with prior experience.
